- Ensure that the needs and expectations of the clients are well known in order to achieve both external and internal satisfaction.
- Make all the staff of TRITURATS LA CANYA, S.A. aware about the importance of working following client’s legal and regulatory requirements.
- Define periodically the necessary quality goals and parameters to be committed to continuous improvement.
- Provide the necessary human and technical resources to implement and improve the processes and achieve the defined objectives.
- Prioritize clients NON-CONFORMITIES to get their satisfaction.
- Encourage suppliers’ collaboration to increase company response in front of customers, as well as optimize costs and resources.
